Abstract
This project provides a system that interacts in various ways by recognizing the shape of the hole using the ear acoustic recognition function of a hearable device. We thought it would be possible to realize a system that recognizes the shape of the hole using the ear acoustic recognition function of a hearable device. Each hole into which the device is inserted is made in a unique shape, with a difference that is imperceptible to the human finger. The device's proximity sensor recognizes that it has been inserted into a hole, and by applying the ear acoustic recognition function to identify the inserted hole based on the slight difference in shape, it is possible to interact with the corresponding application. In this project, three applications are proposed: a multiple-hole quiz, a dial safe unlocking, and object motion identification.
